We own a fleet of Caterpillar scrapers, dozers and support equipment. We employ a team of skilled mechanics and key supervision personnel to maintain our equipment and maximize our availability and production. We have an engineer with a master's degree in engineering on staff. Our Superintendent of over 40 years has a proven track record carrying out large-scale development projects.

We worked on the Vellano master planned community and 18-hole golf course designed by Greg Norman in Chino Hills. We graded the 36-hole Rancho San Clemente Pacific Golf Club, designed by Gary Player. We also graded the Calabasas Park master planned community and 18-hole Robert Trent Jones designed golf course. Furthermore, we are one of many grading contractors having worked extensively on the David Murdock owned Lake Sherwood Country Club. Our relationship on this project goes back 30 years.

Recently we completed two projects in Palm Desert and are experienced in the strict dust control rules and regulations governing dust control of the Coachella Valley Region. Working on these two projects we developed a strong working relationship with the City of Palm Desert Public Works inspectors and senior engineers. We were commended on our ability to maintain compliance with their strict air quality rules and regulations.

Out of state work includes projects for the Burlington Northern Railroad and Amax Coal Company in Wyoming, comprising a major railroad right of way and a mine stripping operation located south of Gillette, Wyoming. We also worked in Arizona on a major aqueduct and pumping plant project located between Wickenburg and Phoenix.

Our company believes in teamwork, safety and takes pride in our work.
